A lot of the added content for the high-octane action sequel was based in its multiplayer mode, which currently doesn't boast a huge number of players. The pair each offer an array of DLC for users to enjoy, although the news is a little less exciting for Max Payne 3 fans. It's another surprising move from Rockstar following its recent activity on Steam, but one that's welcome among both games' fans. It's worth noting that those changes don't apply to LA Noire: The VR Case Files. LA Noire and Max Payne 3 have received patches to make their line-up of additional DLC content entirely free for Steam players. Although it's unclear exactly what was going on, it seems tinkering behind the scenes has resulted in updates for two of its games. Rockstar Games has had a bizarre 24 hours, with the company accidentally removing a handful of its games from Steam and mistakenly relisting Midnight Club 2 on the digital storefront, leading many to buy copies of the classic racing title before it was pulled.
